Lost in Never Never Land

I have lived more in the last few weeks than I have in years.

After moving to the coast 8 weeks ago, I have a lovely home already, furnishing is taking it’s time and I have a surplus of cardboard boxes which the local pub have said I can take there for their fireplace.

The quiet here is amazing, although getting used to the weather is INTERESTING!

Recovering from surgery really well and getting my strength back and my joy of cooking and eating has returned!

I may have even met a partner, she’s been staying with me for a couple of weeks and although it is not a stable relationship I do like her and she is amazing fun.

So much has changed this year, when you have an existential shock you look at life differently and there is a joy in just being! Which is bizarre as I now live only a couple of miles from Lovers Leap.

There is such a sense of community here that I was missing, everyone has a story and something they want to achieve rather than just going through the motions.
